Rose Began creating artwork at the young age in a family of artist and engineers. She grew up in Southern California enjoying the mountains and oceans, and has traveled extensively. She graduated from California State university, with AA in Engineering and Bachelor of fine art in Design in 1996. She has had independent studies in life figure drawing, painting, illustration, and sculpting under accomplished teachers. Her greatest pleasure is her ability to be able to share with others the mystery of Expressionism through portraits of humans and wildlife on canvas. The beauty of nature and the interplay of light, color, and movement, reflect her appreciation of jewel of colors.

She is always seeking to make a statement achieve mastery in the control of the brush stroke and energize every detail of the scene with movement. Her destiny as a painter is to create works that are jubilant celebrations of color, light, and motion... to brighten the everyday … for her viewers. When she touches her viewers deeply it touches her deeply.
